Unity Conversation with Tasha Morrison
This week was heavy. On Friday morning, we woke up to yet another shooting--this time in Dallas. It was the third day that we have been grieving with families who lost loved ones, and we continue to beg God to help us in the face of injustice.
We find ourselves asking the questions: What should our response be? How do we move forward?
My friend, Tasha Morrison, and I decided to lead a conversation about how we build bridges toward unity in the midst of tragedy and division. Our hope is that this will be a moment where we rally and respond in a way that gives God glory and works for the good of others.

I encourage you to join us in praying for the victims and their families.
Right when we finished filming this livestream, we headed out for queso and Tex-Mex at Matt's El Rancho. I felt it important to tell Cooper about the last few days--all of it.
And he said, "Mom, we need Martin." (As in Martin Luther King, Jr.)
And I said, "Well, Cooper, I believe his mission lives on in our friend Tasha, and his mission (Jesus' mission) will live on in you, too."
I believe in a better world--a better day.
